This Privacy Policy explains how Image 3 ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use image-3.ai and the GPT Image 3 tools on it (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture that Google shares with us. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Content you provide. We store the prompts you type, the images and videos you upload as references, and the images and videos the Service generates for you. This is what lets you see your history, download your results, and keep editing.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe and other payment providers. They handle your card details. We receive only a record of the transaction, such as the plan you bought, the amount, and the last four digits of your card.

Usage and device information. Like most websites, we collect log data automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, buttons clicked, and the time of each request. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and understand how the Service is used.

Referral and reward data. If you use an invite link or take part in a rewards program, we record who invited whom, the credits awarded, and the public post links you submit, so we can grant rewards fairly and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Run the Service, including generating images and videos from your prompts and uploads.
• Keep your account secure and verify your identity when you sign in.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and issue invoices and license certificates.
• Show you your generation history, favorites, and assets.
• Send transactional emails such as verification codes, receipts, and important notices about your account.
• Improve the Service by understanding which features are used and where things break.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated images to advertise to you.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers. We work with companies that host our servers, store files, process payments, send email, and run the AI models that power GPT Image 3 and the other models on the Service. They may process your prompts, uploads, and results only to provide those services to us, under contracts that protect your data.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, a court order, or a government request, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Image 3, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Image 3 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent. We share information for other purposes only when you ask us to or agree to it.

Images you choose to make public, share, or submit to a gallery are visible to others. Please do not share images that contain information you want to keep private.

4. Data Retention and Security

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated images and uploads are kept so you can access them from your history, and you can delete individual items at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, prompts, uploads, and generated content, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons, which we keep only as long as required.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:

• View and update your account details on the Account page.
• Delete individual images and videos from My Creations.
• Delete your entire account and its data with the "Clear Data and Delete Account" button on the Account page.
• Turn off cookies in your browser, although some parts of the Service may stop working.
• Email us to exercise any other right.

We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
